Our Walk on the Wild Side is a spin on the classic pork burger. The wild boar meat has a lean texture and tastes slightly nutty. We've added a topping of green and yellow zucchini marinated with limejuice, olive oil and parsley - all combining beautifully with fresh goat's cheese and a green pepper mayonnaise.
